  • Talk about your experiences, challenges, and solutions in your niche.
  • Offer insights that actually help people solve problems.
  • Show up authentically instead of sounding like a sales pitch.

When you focus on helping, people naturally become curious about what you offer.


2. Content is Your Best Salesperson

Your content should be doing the heavy lifting for you, whether it’s blog posts, social media posts, or even old-school forums (yes, forums still work 😁). The key is to position yourself as an expert so people come to you.

The goal? Have people DMing you instead of you chasing them down.


3. Leverage Automation & Systems

A simple system, like a lead funnel can automate the entire process of educating, nurturing, and converting leads without you lifting a finger (well, almost).

  • Use an email sequence to nurture leads automatically.
  • Set up a simple landing page to capture potential clients.
  • Offer a freebie (like an ebook or mini-course) to get people in the door.

With the right systems in place, your business works for you, not the other way around.


4. Choose a Business Model That Works for You
